Ingredients

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz

Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)

Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 4 cup

    Philadelphia Cooking Creme Italian Cheese & Herb 1/4 c (4 serv/10oz container), 2 serving

Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, .5 cup

Ronzoni Perfect Portions Elbows (2 oz/1 bag), 1 serving

Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1 cup

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Brown turkey and onion until both are cooked through. (When the turkey is still raw, add any spices you like. I added garlic powder, salt and pepper, though neither are reflected in the calories.)

Add the marinara sauce and simmer.

When the mixture is boiling, add the nonfat milk and 1/2 of a 10 ounce tub of cooking cream cheese. (Regular cream cheese will also do.) Stir to combine.

Pour the bag of cooked noodles into a 9X13 pan. Pour the marinara mixture over the noodles.

Top with mozzarella cheese, Italian spices (like basil and orgeano) and bake for about 20 minutes at 350.
