Ingredients

    1 whole red or green pepper cut into stips
    1 cup cauliflower
    1 cup brocoli
    8 baby carrots cut in juliene strips
    1 med onion sliced
    2 md stalks of celery cut into strips
    1 tbsp honey
    1tbsp vinegar
    1 tbsp soya sauce
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    1 tbsp cornstarch


Directions

slice all vegatables
steam in wok with 1/2 cup of water till veggies are tender
add honey, soya sauce, vinegar
mix cornstarch (1 tblsp) with chicken broth and add to vegetables and cook until liquid is clear
