    9 tbs oat bran
    3 egg whites
    2 tbs Non-fat Greek yogurt
    1 tbs of cinnamon, ground
    1 very ripe banana

Directions

mix all ingredients together....grease muffin tins and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
