Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz Chicken Broth
    5 links Bratwurst
    4 Large Carrots, peeled and diced
    4 Stalks of Celerty, Diced
    1 large Onion, Diced
    6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 Lg can diced tomatoes
    16 oz White Wine
    1 Bay Leaf
    1T Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Dice all vegetables. Saute brats until browned and cooked thru. Remove from pan. Set aside to cool. In pan with drippings, saute onions, carrots, and celery until tender. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add other ingredints: potatoes, tomatoes, wine, broth, and seasonings. Stir. Add Brats on top. Simmer covered for 60 minutes, stiring occaionally to make sure it doesn't stick. When potatoes are tender, remove from heat. Remove Brats. Puree half of the soup and return to pan. Slice Brats into circles, and return to pan. Stir and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 12oz servings
