Ingredients

    ground beef, lean 11/4 pounds
    egg, fresh 1
    bread crumbs 3/4 cup
    parmesan cheese 3/4 cup
    onion, chopped 1/2 cup
    garlic powder 2 t
    oregano, dried 1 T
    parsley, dried 2t
    crushed red
    pepper flakes 1/2t

Directions

Place on broil rack and cook at 150 degrees for one hour.
