1 Large Whole Egg
1 Large Egg White
1 Tumaro's Low Carb Tortilla
2 Tablespoons Hormel Real Bacon Bit's
1 oz Soy Sation Shredded Cheddar Style Cheese Alternative
2 Tablespoons Herdez Salsa Verde
Sea Salt to taste
Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat tortilla in microwave for 15 Seconds.
Use Pam cooking spray and cook 1 whole egg and 1 egg white to desired texture in pan on stove. Sea salt and pepper to taste.
Place eggs on top of tortilla and top w/ 1 oz of Soy Sensations cheese.
In same skillet heat two tablespoons of Hormel real bacon bits w/ 1 tablespoon of Herdez salsa verde.
Poor heated mixture on top of eggs and Soy Sensations.
Top w/ 1 tablespoon of Herdez Salsa Verde
Roll & Microwave 30 seconds
