Ingredients

    banana, medium
    orange juice, 1/2 cup
    almond butter, 1 T
    yogurt, Weight Watchers vanilla 1/2 cup
    egg, one whole
    blue berries, frozen 1/2 cup

Directions

put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. I usually add the blueberries after first blending all other ingredients.
