Ingredients

    2/3c Margarine
    3c Sugar
    2/3c Evaporated Milk
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    7 oz Marshmallow Cream

Directions

Lightly grease 9x13 pan with paper from margarine stick. In a heavy 3 quart pan, combine margarine, sugar, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Bring mixture to a full boil on medium heat stirring constantly. Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted; add marshmallow cream and mix well. Spread into prepared pan and cool at room temperature; cut into squares.

Serving Size: makes 32 squares (and leaves about 1 serving to lick out of bowl)

    The recipe does not say how many choc. chips. I assume it is 1 pkg. semi-sweet?
