Ingredients

    250 grams of chicken breast
    140 grams of corn
    400 grams kidney beans
    1/2 cup (uncooked) Quinoa
    1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Lemon Juice to taste

Tips

Flexible recipe, can omit or substitute any ingredient (such as olive oil).


Directions

While quinoa is cooking, prepare corn and beans and dice/shred chicken. Mix together with olive oil and lemon juice and serve.
