Ingredients

    1 can fat free refried beans
    1/2 c mayo
    1c sour cream
    3/4c shredded cheese (I use Mexican blend)
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/4 red onion, diced
    1 pkg taco seasoning

    tortilla chips for serving

Directions

spread beans on bottom of a glass casserole dish. in separate bowl, mix mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning; spread over top of beans. top taco mixture with cheese. top cheese with tomatoes and onions. refrigerate over night. serve w/tortilla chips
