Ingredients

    1/4 c oat bran
    2 T wheat bran
    3 T fat free milk
    2 T nonfat milk powder
    1 T corn starch
    1.5 t baking powder
    2 T Stevia
    2 eggs
    2 T cocoa powder, unsweetened

Directions

combine all ingredients. Bake in a muffin tin or small pyrex cup at 350 for 15 minutes.
