Introduction

***this is not a creamy mac&cheese*** ***this is not a creamy mac&cheese***
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1lb box pasta (elbows or ditalini)
    2lb cheddar cheese
    1c 1% milk
    4tsp butter

Tips

Let chill for at least 30-45 minutes before cutting


Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Boil and drain pasta
Spray baking dish (I use an aluminum pan) with non-stick cooking spray
Spread half of pasta in baking dish and season with Adobo powder and black pepper
Evenly distribute half of butter (in the corners)
Layer with half of cheese
Evenly pour half of milk over this layer
Repeat layering of pasta, milk, butter (in the center), and cheese, seasoning as before

Bake covered for 1.5 hours
Uncover and continue to bake for 30 minutes
