Ingredients

* 2 Cans Large heart Artichokes
* Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz
* Garlic, 2 tsp (or add or remove to taste)
* Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 cup
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
Directions
1. Open cans and drain artichokes, then place them into food processor.
2. Add Neufchatel cheese, garlic, mayo and parmesan to the artichokes.
3. Mix until all ingredients until they become a creamy, smooth consistency.
4. Place mixture in a greased oven-proof baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until hot. Remove from oven then let rest until cool enough to eat.
