Ingredients

2 Cups (280g) Fresh or Frozen Whole Strawberries Unsweetened
3/4 Cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
1 Medium 6-7" Banana Fresh or Frozen
4 packets Sweet & Low Low Calorie Sweetener
2 Cups (16oz) Fat Free Milk
1 1oz X 8 Each Tray Frozen Freezer Pop Treats Tray
Tips
Any smoothie recipe should work for making frozen treats. You can make pops or if you don't have freezer pop mold or tray you can put in freezer safe cups, or paper cups like Dixie cups, place saran wrap over top of them to keep them from getting freezer burn and place into freezer on a flat surface until ready to enjoy.
Directions
Add Fat Free Milk, Fruits, then Low Calorie Sweetener into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass, cup, and or freezer pop trays. If making freezer pop treats you want to set trays in freezer and allow to set at least 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
