Apple Cranberry Crisp

1/2 c rolled oats
1/4 c Splenda or Brown Sugar Twin
1 T whole wheat pastry flour
1 T cold butter
6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 c fresh/frozen cranberries
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t cinnamon
1/8 t nutmeg
If you want to leave the cranberries out, it decreases the calories by 10/serving. Dh doesn't like cranberries, so I leave them out. If you like them, it adds a LOT of flavor for a few calories. Plus cranberries have great nutrition.
In a small bowl, combine the oats, 2 T Splenda, and flour, with 2 knives or fingers, work in the butter until crumbly. In a large bowl, combine the apples, cranberries,and remaining Splenda, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg: toss to combine. Spoon into the pan;sprinkle with the oats mixture. Bake until the filling is bubbling and the topping is golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings. 1/4 of an 8x8 pan.
