1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup quick oats
1 egg
1 egg white
2 tsp mortons lite salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp minced garlic
Tips
You could add onion or onion powder.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl. Lightly spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
