Ingredients

    1 Cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
    1/4 Cup Each of Raw, Unsalted Sunflower seeds, ground flax seeds, whole-wheat pastry flour
    1/2 Cup Each of Toasted Wheat Germ, Dried Apricots, Raw Almonds, Dried Cherries, Craisins, Powdered Nonfat Dry Milk and Egg Whites
    1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
    1/3 Cup of Agave Nectar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place all ingredients, except the Agave Nectar and Egg Whites, in a food processor and pulse until everything is finely chopped. Add the nectar and egg whites and pulse until the mixture is combined. Transfer to a non-stick baking pan and spread evenly. Bake until just done, about 20 minutes. Cut into 20 squares.
