1 cub white rice
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
1 small can of mushrooms/stems and pieces
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup Green peppers
1 tbls black pepper
10 oz back of california blend mixed vegetables.
1 large egg
Directions
dice chicken into small pieces. fry in wok with egg, olive oil, onions, peppers, and pepper. In sauce pan, prepare rice while chicken is cooking.
when chicken is done, drain excess liquid, add vegetables, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Add rice, and fry on high heat for 10 minutes.
