Ingredients

    3 cups sliced peaches
    7 tablespoons splenda
    3 tablespoons margarine
    2 packages instant oatmeal (plain)

Directions

Place peach slices in bottom of a medium pyrex or microwave safe dish with splenda to taste. Sprinkle two packs of plain instant oatmeal on top and add 3 T margarin and 3 T splenda. Shake gently to moisten with juice. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Be sure and cover with paper towel. Eat hot or cold with cool whip or ice cream if desired. Toppings are not included in calory count.
