Ingredients

    cake flour
    sugar
    salt
    baking powder
    veg oil
    egg yolks
    water
    vanilla
    egg whites
    sugar
    cream of tarter

Directions

sift together first 4 ingredients, put in mixing bowl. mixing w/paddle attachment slowly add veg oil, egg yolks, water and vanilla. mix until smooth be careful nto to over mix. whip egg whites til foamy but not holding or forming a shape, add sugar and cream of tarter. whip until shiny/forming soft peaks. fold into other mixture and place in pans that have been sprayed/floured on the bottom. take at 375 degrees farenheight for 30-35 min
