Ingredients

    Tilapia filet, (recipe makes 4 filets)
    Whole-Wheat Crackers, 1 cup, crushed
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup
    Garlic, 1tsp or to taste
    Black Pepper, 1 tbsp to taste
    Olive Oil, 1/2 cup


Directions

Mix oil, cheese, garlic, and pepper together. Coat filets on a baking sheet. Sprinkle top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350degrees for 14 minutes or until filets flake.

Serving Size: Makes 4 4oz filets
