Ingredients

    Cut orange in 8 pieces. Put cut up orange (yes the whole orange) orange juice egg and applesauce in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add flour sugar, baking pwd, soda and salt. Blend. Mix in cranberries until just blended. Scoop mixture ito muffin tins and bake.


Directions

Bake at 375F for 15-20 mins
