    Green pepper - chopped - raw, 1 cup
    1 med yellow onion
    Céleri, 1 cup
    Garlic, prepared chopped garlic 1 tbsp
    Campbells Tomato Juice 2 cups
    White Rice,0 Cooked, 7 cups
    Shrimp (50-60 shrimp per ring), 1 ring

Directions

Cook the veggies
Add the tomato juice to the rice
Mix everything :-)
