    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 large eggs
    1/4 c. Wolf Brand Chili Without Beans


I heat the serving plate by using it to cover the onions while they are cooking. I put it on a regular plate with a cloth between to serve.


Steam onion in small saute pan until transparent. Add eggs and stir until cooked. Turn out onto a plate and pour heated chili over the top.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving.
