Ingredients

    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), .67 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup

    Topping
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed

Tips

If you want, you can add 1/2 cup of nuts into the topping mixture.


Directions

1. Mix together flour, salt, baking soda & baking powder.
2. In a separate bowl, cream together sugars & Country Crock. Beat in eggs.
3. Add dry ingredients and buttermilk. Pour batter into a 9x12 cake pan.
4. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Refrigerate over night.
5. Bake at 350 for 35 min then enjoy!
