Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Sugar,
    3 cups flour,
    2 tsp baking soda,
    6 Tbsp baking cocoa,
    2 tsp vinegar,
    2 cups water,
    12 Tbsp margarine,
    1 tsp vanilla extract.

Tips

This is an easy and forgiving recipe. I accidentally tripled the water and thankfully realized and was able to salvage it. I just ended up with 2 more cakes than I needed.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350*F
Melt margarine.
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
DO NOT OVER BEAT!
Pour cake batter into one(1) 9x13 inch or two(2) 9 inch round prepared cake pans.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serving Size: about 16 pieces
