Ingredients

    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, .25 cup (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, .333 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .125 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)

Directions


1- in large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter on medium heat and add chopped onion and sage. Allow to simmer to 2 minutes.

2- Add the chicken & broth to the onion & sage. Turn the heat to med-low.

3- Melt 1/4 cup butter in medium-low sauce pan on Medium heat. Once butter starts to foam whisk in 1/3 cup flour and whisk continuously for 1-2 minutes.

4- Next add the milk and continue to whisk on med-low heat until mixture if well combined.

5- Add mixture to the large skillet contained the chick and onion. Add olives, salt and pepper to taste. Return to medium heat until thicken.
