Ingredients

    1 large mango, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1/2 small red onion, chopped
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
    4 TB lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    Optional: jalepeno

Directions

chop mango, red pepper, red onion and cilantro. Mix together with lime juice, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
