Ingredients

    -1 540ml can of Bean medley (or combination of mixed beasn)
    -1 cup of frozen peas defrosted
    -1/2 cup diced red onion
    -1 tsb canola or EVOO
    -1tbsp lemon juice
    -1 to 2 tbsp cider or red wine vinegar (to taste)

Directions

Combine all ingrediants and refrigerate over night

Makes 5-6 servings
