Ingredients

.6 oz envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 10oz Pork Chops, boneless
Paprika
Directions
1. In small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, vinegar, italian seasoning & red pepper flakes. Beat with whisk until mix is dissolved. Add olive oil, beat well.
2. In shallow glass baking dish, arrange pork chops in single layer. Spread oil mixture over all sides of pork. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
3. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Grill or broil 4-6 inches from heat, cook 4-6 minutes per side until no longer pink in the center.
