This is a very yumy easy versatile recipe. You can make it using chicken, browned ground beef or browned ground turkey. and it can be cooked on the stove in as little as half an hour or put in a crockpot and cooked all day. Ingredients

    2 15oz cans red kidney beans
    1 15oz can white beans
    1 15oz can black beans
    3 14.5 oz cans diced tomatos with green chilies
    about 2.5 cups corn frozen or canned
    15oz water
    4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup dry taco seasoning

    Optional-
    Chedder cheese
    Sour cream
    Fritos or Tortilla Chips

Tips

You can also cook this in about a half hour by adding all the ingredients except chicken to a stock pot and boiling or baking chicken seperatly then adding to stock pot. Serve when hot.
I usually make this with a pound or two of browned ground beef instead of chichen and call it taco soup. (Using chicken is healthier) Its very tasty either way. I hope you enjoy it!


Directions

Stir together all ingredients in a 6qt crockpot, set for 6 hours.
chunck up chichen at about 5 hours, continue to cook for 1 more hour. Optional-serve with sour cream, chedder cheese, and fritos or tortilla chips
