1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp milk (can be deleted)
1/4 c water
Tips
WANT IT TO LOOK MORE LIKE MASHED POTATOES? WRAP CAULIFLOWER LOOSELY IN FOIL TENT BEFORE PUTTING IN OVEN. THEN OMIT PAPRIKA FROM BLENDING PROCESS, JUST SPRINKLE IT ON TOP AT THE END.
Directions
core and quarter cauliflower and place on foild covered baking sheet
Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes (notice it browns a bit)
transfer cauliflower to food processor. add milk and paprika and pulse until cauliflower is minced (scraping sides between pulses). Add water to create a creamy consistency a little at a time.
