    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Potato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Carrots, raw, 4 carrot (7-1/2")
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Onions, raw, 2 large
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp
    Honey, .25 cup
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Brown beef roast in olive oil in a large soup pot. When roast has browned on all sides, add chopped vegetables, frozen vegetables, and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 2 hours or until meat is done.
