Introduction

These are a great fix for pancake craving. They are not light and fluffy as traditional pancakes but are delicious with sugar free syrup and turkey bacon. These are a great fix for pancake craving. Ingredients

    1.5 cups of dry old fashioned oatmeal
    Two 6oz containers of light fat free yogurt
    1/2 cup of egg whites

Tips

I like to grind up the oatmeal in a Magic Bullet before mixing it to get a more flour-like consistency.


Directions

Mix the ingredients together with a wisk.
The batter will be thick.
Preheat a frying pan and spritz with non-stick spray just before dropping the batter onto it.
Cook for about two minutes and then flip over.
Cook for two more minutes and then eat them up.

Serving Size: Makes nine 3" pancakes
