Ingredients

1 pound of chicken - cubed
3 Tbsp Tamari (a.k.a. Wheat Free Soy Sauce)
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup White Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
2 packets of Stevia in the Raw
Ground Ginger - to taste
Orange Zest - to taste
Directions
In a large, square container combine tamari, olive oil, ground ginger, pineapple Juice, stevia, and orange zest. Tip container side to side to mix ingredients. Set aside.
Cut chicken int to cube and add to marinade. Cover container and shake to evenly coat chicken.
Marinate to your liking (this could be 30 minutes or overnight for the fullest flavor).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle sesame seeds to container with chicken and marinade. Shake container so chicken is evenly coated.
Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake until meat is thoroughly cooked. About 10-20 minutes.
Serve with cooked jasmine rice, if preferred.
