Ingredients

    one and a half cans of chopped tomatoes
    half a carton of passata sauce
    one and a half chicken stock cubes (with boiling water)
    1 leek (sliced)
    1 onion (diced)
    3 carrots (chopped)


Directions

Bring the ingredients to boil.

Stir then simmer for approx 40 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
