Ingredients

    4 cups Butternut Squash, cubed
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
    A dash hot sauce (to taste)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
Toss butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup and hot sauce in caserole dish
Cook covered about 60 min or until soft, and starting to carmelize


Serving Size: Makes 3 servings, about 1 cup each.
