Introduction

I like to assemble this the night before so flavors blend and then bake in the morning for an easy, no fuss breakfast. Great for Christmas morning when you don't want to be slaving in the kitchen and a bowl of cereal just won't do. Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Egg, fresh, 14 large (remove)
    Bob Evans, Sausage Patty, 8 serving (remove)
    *King's Hawiian Sweet Rolls (per roll), 6 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)

    spices
    cayene or chili powder 2 tsp
    black pepper and salt to taste @ 1/2 tsp
    optional add chopped peppers or jalepenos (not included in calorie or nutrition count)

Directions

brown sausage and onion, lightly grease bottom of deep dish pan for baking. Break rolls in to bit size and put in bottom of pan. spread sausage-onion over top. mix egg and spices. Pour into top of dish and squish around til evenly distributed. Let sit in frig over night for best taste. Bake at 350 for approximately 45-50 minutes or until knife comes out of center clean. Don't over-bake or edges and bottom will burn.
