Ingredients

1 2/3 cups flour
1 cup softened margarine (used Smart Balance)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa
2/3 cup sugar (used Splenda)
40 Hershey Kisses
Powdered Sugar (approximately 1 cup for rolling cookies in when complete)
Directions
Beat Margarine, Sugar, and Vanilla until creamy.
Stir together Flour and cocoa in separate bowl.
Blend the Flour/Cocoa mixture into the first bowl.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until dough is moldable.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mold scant tablespoon of dough around unwrapped Hershey's kiss.
Roll into a bowl and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Roll cooled cookies in powdered sugar.
Suppose to make 4 1/2 dozen...we only were able to make 40...but that's with children helping.
