Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cod fillets
    1 tb lemon pepper
    2 ts garlic powder
    just less than 1/4 cup bread crumbs
    barely a tb olive oil

Tips

of course add any other spices and herbs you like best.
serve with home made yogurt and horseradish sauce.


Directions

rinse the fish and lay it in the pan. sprinkle with lemon pepper, garlic, and bread crumbs. sprinkle a little oil on top. bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
