Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1 c. Nonfat Cottage Cheese
    1 package of Italian Salad Dressing Dry Mix
    1 can of Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    4-5 chicken breasts (frozen or defrosted)
    3 cloves of Garlic
    Black pepper
    1 box of Whole Wheat Pasta (Penne is good)
    .5 c. Parmesan Cheese

Tips

If the sauce is not thick enough, considering adding about 2 tablespoons of instant Tapioca mix.
For more flavor can add Italian seasoning as well.


Directions

Mix cottage cheese & egg in a separate bowl
Add remaining dry ingredients & minced garlic to the bowl
Set bowl aside
Place frozen chicken in crockpot
Pour mixture over chicken
Cook on low 5-6 hours or on high for 4 hours
30 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to box's directions
Shred chicken
Add cooked pasta to crockpot & switch to warm
Sprinkle with parmesan & mix
Serve with a smile
