Introduction

A Good Lunch A Good Lunch
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 Tomato and Basil Wrap (or wrap of your choice)
1 serving of imitation crab meat (or real crab meat. I use imitation. It's cheaper. The nutritional info is based on Louis Kemp brand).
2 Tbsp Artichoke Spinach Hommus (again, or Hommus of your choice)
    3 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
    1 Tbsp Mayonnaise (optional)

Directions

First, lay down the wrap and spread the hommus down the center. Add a layer of imitation crab meat. Top that with a little mayo if you like, and then layer the romaine. Wrap and enjoy!

I love this wrap for dinner. It makes a good healthy end to my day, but it is more of a lunchtime item. A wrap is a bit much for me for lunch though. I get tired when I'm full. This is good for two, but I eat it on my own.

My only concern for others and this recipe is the salt content. It's really high, so watch it!
