Ingredients

3 Egg whites
4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
15 oz Tomato Sauce
6 oz Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon ground oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 lb Ground beef, lean
1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
2 cups Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat shredded
Tips
Add Lettuce, Tomatos, Onions, Low Fat Sour Cream to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan
Beat egg whites and fat free cream cheese
Stir in one cup shredded cheese
Spread egg white mixture in pan and bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
Mix Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Oregeno, Garlic, Paprika, Basil, Onion in Blender - set aside.
Brown Ground Beef and Add Taco Seasoning
Let egg white mixture cool for five minutes
Spread sauce over baked egg white mixture
Spread Beef Mixture over Sauce
Spread 1 cup of cheese over Beef
Bake an additional 20 minutes
