Ingredients

    One Boneless Chicken breast-cut into bite sized portions
    One can or packet of tuna in water-drained
    2 eggs- size up to cook
    Green and Red Bell Pepper- sliced into thin strips
    Onion- flavor up to cook, sliced thin
    *Any other vegitable good can be added based on what the cook wants; green peas, green beans, brocolli, or even store bought frozen vegitables*
    Whole wheat pasta- 3 servings
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Evoo)
    Teriaki or any kind of marinade/seasoning

Tips

This is a very simple and easy to learn recepie that any bachelor can use. The ingrediants can be substituted if on a time crunch such as Ramen (seasoned)+ Frozen vegitables+ tuna/lunch meat. This recepie is a healthier alternative.


Directions

In large pot, begin boiling the pasta until tender, add olive oil to prevent sticking
While pasta cooks, coat skillet in Evoo and cook the chicken breast on medium heat until white on all sides, around 5 minutes
Add eggs and chopped vegitables, stir fry untill eggs are cooked.
Set the mix aside until pasta is done.
Drain pasta, leaving enough water in to keep noodles moist; mix in the chicken mix, drained tuna, and seasoning for flavor.
