Introduction

This is easy. A little more prep work before combining in crock pot. This is easy. A little more prep work before combining in crock pot.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1-2lb Velveeta
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 stick margarine
    2 cups instant grits
    1 lb ground sausage ( i used Jenny O turkey sausage)

Directions

Cut Velveeta into cubes, and put in bottom of crock pot, then pour in can rotel over top. Cook sausage and drain, then pour the meat in crock. Cook grits according to package directions, then when finished add 1 stick of margarine, stir, then add to crock pot.
Stir all ingredients together, and let cook in crock pot until melted together.

Serving Size: 12 1 cup servings or 24 1/2 cup servings
