Ingredients

    2 Cups whole wheat flour
    2 eggs
    3 to 4 bananas mashed
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt
    .75 cup splenda
    .5 cup apple sauce
    2 tbsp cooking oil
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

You can omit the salt if needed. I have tried it both ways and didn't notice a difference.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all moist or wet ingrediants together. Blend the two together and pour into paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 Normal sized muffins
