Introduction

VERY easy recipe that is yummy, low fat, and full of nutrients.
I throw the ingredients in the rice cooker, give it a quick stir and start it.
Then go do my morning workout.
When I am done working out my breakfast is ready :-)

Ingredients

    1 cup dry Bulgar wheat
    2 cups 2% milk
    2 tbs sugar
    1 tsp vanilla

Tips

You can add some raisins at the beginning so they get nice and plump during cooking for extra flavor and a serving of fruits.


Directions

Just place ingredients in rice cooker.
Stir.
Close cooker, start it and walk away for an hour.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings
