Ingredients

    4 cups ice
    12 oz 2% milk
    1 1/2 c frozen blueberries, unsweetened
    1 c low-fat vanilla yogurt
    2 scoops Whey Protein (I use Jillian Michaels)
    1 banana

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth!
