Ingredients

    1 Cup Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    3/4 cup wheat flour
    1 heaping tablespoon milled flax seed
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips

    2 1/2 cups buttermilk
    1/3 cup oil
    2 eggs
    1-2 tsp vanilla

Tips

Add extra liquid to make pancakes.
To make without buttermilk: use 2 1/4 cups milk, 1 tablespoon of baking powder and omit the baking soda.
Freeze well, just pop in toaster and eat!


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Make a well and add the wet ingredients. Stir lightly. Cook in preheated waffle maker
