Ingredients

    1c egg white beaters
    .25c (or less) chopped broccoli
    1 tbsp crumbled feta (fat free)
    1 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
    6 sundried tomato halves - chopped
    2 mission multi-grain tortillas

Directions

Cook egg whites; add additional ingredients; mix; fill tortillas; roll tortillas up and seal by searing in pan a couple minutes on each side
